Exchange and returns

MissTease offers a 14 day return and exchange policy. We will be happy to assist you with return or exchange of goods if they meet our requirements:

• We accept unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging, keeping the original tags.
• If you are returning an item, which came with a free gift, it also needs to be returned.
• The following items cannot be returned: item is worn out or damaged by use.
• Try on panties. body and swimwear in direct skin contact.
• Damaged, worn out and washed items.
• Gift Cards are non-refundable.
• Customs duties and taxes and shipping charges cannot be refunded by MissTease once your order has been shipped.
• Returns are at the buyer's expense.
• After receiving the goods and checking them for compliance with our terms and conditions, MissTease will issue a return within 3 business day.
