The Miss Tease website has been set up by Viena MB, which is the website operator. Every purchase of an item displayed on the website MissTease.eu (“Website”) implies to have read and agreed with the following terms of use (“Conditions”). MissTease reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you.

1.     Entirety

The terms of use list the wholeness of the parties obligations Therefore, the client declares to accept the whole disposition of the terms of use. No specific condition sent by the client would be added to the terms of use if they were opposed to the terms of use as defined here.

2.     Object

The terms of use defines the rights and obligations of the parties in the online purchases from Miss Tease website.

3.     Contract information

Products supplied from the Website are supplied by Viena MB, a company registered in Lithuania  with legal entity code 304996388 whose registered office address is at Vilnius, Treniotos g. 2-12, LT-08121, Lithuania.

Your submission of an order represents an offer to purchase the products indicated by you and it is not binding on us until your order has been delivered and signed for. All advertisements and communications made by Miss Tease up until your order is delivered and signed for are invitations to treat only and are not offers. This means that if products are shown on the site but are not available or are incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described, Miss Tease will not be obliged to sell you those products and hold the rights to cancel and withdraw orders once placed.

As well as selling via the Website, we sell our product through social networks and messengers. Normally, prices on the Website are the same as the prices in social networks. However, prices may differ because: (i) We have a Special Offer on the Website, in a social network (ii) the territory of an offer for social network and Website differs. As a result, we cannot guarantee that all prices are the same. We reserve the right to amend prices throughout the life of the catalogue with prices being correct as of going to print. Store prices can only be met in the store where the products are offered.

4.     Rights of use

The content of Miss Tease is the property of Miss Tease and partners and is protected by international laws related to intellectual rights. Any reproduction, total or partial is totally forbidden and may be considered as a counterfeit crime.
Miss Tease company is the proprietary of all the rights of intellectual properties over pictures, sketches, studies, models, prototypes etc, done. (Even at the client request) in order to provide products to the client. The client is forbidden to reproduce or exploit these pictures, sketches, studies, models, prototypes etc without the written authorization from Miss Tease.

5.     Limitation of Liability

While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the Website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.

The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any representation or endorsement made and we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Website, or any transaction that may be conducted on or through the Website including but not limited to, implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy, conditions of completeness, or any implied warranty arising from course of dealing or usage or trade.

We make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy or reliability of the materials. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

You acknowledge that we cannot guarantee and therefore shall not be in any way responsible for the security or privacy of the Website and any information provided to or taken from the Website by you.

We will not be liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise arising out of or in connection with these Conditions for: 1. any economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or 2. any loss of goodwill or reputation; or 3. any loss which was not brought to the attention of Miss Tease at the time the contract was made or any loss that would be an unforeseeable consequence of a breach of the contract by Miss Tease; in any case whether or not such losses were within the contemplation of either of us at the date on which the event giving rise to the loss occurred, was suffered or incurred by one of us arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under these Conditions.

6.     Severance

If one or several stipulations of these terms of use are determined to be non valid by a court of law, the other poins will keep their validity

7.     Non renunciation

The fact for one of the party not to prevail of a misstep to any obligation in these terms of use, will not be considered in the future as a renunciation to the obligation.

8.     Survival

Each provision of these Conditions shall be construed as separately applying and surviving even if for any reason one or other of those provisions is held to be inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstances.

9.     Law and disputes

The actual rules are submitted to the Lithuanian law, for the fund as well as for the form. In case of dispute, the client will first contact Miss Tease to obtain an amicable solution, in case of appeal, he will post a claim into its dialog box.
All the disputes between Miss Tease and client that may happen will be submitted to the court of law.

10. Force Major

Neither party would failed its obligation in case of the realization would be delayed, hindered or prevented by a major reason. Meaning irresistible unavoidable events, non under the parties wills, and unavoidable by any means. The party under these conditions must inform the other within 10 business days from the date he had known it. Both parties will act within one month to decide in which conditions the contract must be realized. If the Major force act lasts more than 3 months, the terms of use can be terminated by the aggrieved party.

11. Returns & Refunds

We hope you are enjoying your purchase; however should you wish to return your online order for an exchange or refund, we will accept returns for orders sent back within 14 days of receipt.

Please ensure the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Ensure that panties are tried on over your own lingerie - we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been damaged or worn.

We are charged via our return provider and couriers for return service, and if you choose to use our return service we pass on these costs.

We will ship your order in 2 business days.
